Overview:

We\’re supporting a leading Utilities client in their digital transformation journey and are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead to join on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role involves on-site presence 2–3 days per week (UK-based).

As the Technical Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of the SAP S/4HANA solution – ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and delivery while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 8+ years of SAP Technical experience (2+ years in S/4HANA)

✔️ At least one full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation

✔️ Strong ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and CDS views experience

✔️ Proven integration skills using SAP PI/PO and CPI

✔️ Clear communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

Core Responsibilities:

🔧 Lead the design, build, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA landscape

🤝 Collaborate with developers, BASIS, and security teams

🔗 Ensure effective integration with legacy and external systems

🗃️ Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover activities

📈 Align all technical work with SAP best practices and business goals
