Our award-winning blends, hand-crafted in our London laboratory, combine potent essential oils with active botanicals to create transformative body and skincare innovations. Available in over 50 markets through spa, retail, e-commerce, and distributor partners, we continue to lead the industry with expertise and passion. Guided by Geraldine’s belief that “it’s more than just a business, it’s a way of life,” we are committed to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and supporting global community projects. Our mindful approach ensures that every product nurtures both people and the planet.

As we continue to expand across UK and International markets we are looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager to join the Brand & Innovation Team on a 2 month fixed-term contract to deliver a busy pipeline of NPD and EPD artwork projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced artwork and packaging project manager to join a fast-paced collaborative environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end artwork process across multiple product ranges, ensuring artworks are completed to critical path timelines.
  • Lead the packaging design approval process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate briefing and timely approvals.
  • Oversee the artwork management system, acting as the primary contact for the external provider.
  • Write detailed and accurate artwork briefs and manage multiple rounds of artwork review.
  • Coordinate closely with NPD, technical and external suppliers to ensure artworks are on-brand, accurate and delivered to spec.
  • Track and manage the artworks, adjusting priorities as required to meet business needs.
  • Support print quality and specification management, collaborating with print suppliers and the in-house Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Handle PO and invoicing for all plate and repro charges.

Person Specification

As a Packaging Artwork Project Manager, you will bring strong project management skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the packaging artwork process. You are relentless in ensuring all artworks are briefed and finalised in a timely manner, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring all packaging artworks are delivered to the relevant third party to meet the required deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of Industry Guidelines & Regulations: Knowledge of the rules & regulations in UK and Global cosmetics markets ideal but not essential.
  • Project Management: Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, with excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering artworks on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers, to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the packaging artwork development process.
  • Design/Creative Skills: Strong capabilities in developing packaging artwork.
  • Confident, adaptable and delivery focussed: able to hit the ground running in a short-term role.
  • Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
