The Accommodation Manager at Magdalen College is a newly created role and a chance to make a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the management of all accommodation matters, the use of function rooms and associated facilities through good diary management and with careful regard to the priority of College needs. The Manager will need to be proactive and diligent, but also approachable and comfortable dealing with our students. This role works closely with the Home Bursar and the Events team, managing accommodation for conference visitors.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, demonstrating excellent customer focus, with experience of accommodation management. Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise a complex diary and multiple commitments, and to deal with a range of different events and unforeseen circumstances, calmly and efficiently.
