As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design process for new and existing features
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop and maintain our design system in collaboration with engineers
- Advocate for design best practices and mentor junior designers
- Balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced, agile environment
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in fintech or related fields
