An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Apprenticeship Team at Easton College.

You will be working with apprentices and employers in the workplace to review their progress, understand and address barriers to learning, and liaising directly with the course delivery team to ensure apprentice achievement. This is a role requires strong communication skills, verbally and written. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with apprentices either in college or in their workplace. The role requires you to travel around the county visiting apprentices in their workplace settings. Therefore, you must have access to a vehicle and a driving licence.

Applicants should also have experience of working with learners or are willing to undertake training in a coaching/mentoring capacity in a workplace setting. The college uses an e-portfolio system and Microsoft office so a good understanding of IT and how to use it is required

Therefore, a new one must be completed with City College Norwich.
