Our dynamic team is on a mission to transform real estate lending, underpinned by cutting-edge technology. For our growing German business, we are seeking a German ‘Lending Graduate’ to join the team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence of a wide variety of businesses in Germany.
- Analyse key items such as financial accounts, property valuations, credit searches, bank statements, and business appraisals to make informed lending decisions.
- Protect the company by having a good grasp of its policies, procedures and compliance guidelines and by having a good awareness of risk.
Requirements:
- Good writing, analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
