Our Organisation
You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week. Causeway is a London living wage employer. You will receive a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years service. The Role
- Coordinate the efficient day to day management of the organisation’s rental income, for approximately 250 tenants/units.
- Manage the rent arrears recovery procedure to ensure rent is collected as per Causeway’s rent collection policy.
- Contact tenants to agree repayment plans and advise on income maximisation.
