Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator based in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities
- Join a 7-person Purchasing Team, managing international logistics to coordinate movement of products worldwide.
- Arrange transport of products and raw materials from trusted global suppliers to NI or international partners.
- Obtain quotes, select the best routes, book shipping, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries across Europe, Asia, GB, and NI.
- Negotiate with transport providers, review costs, and select the most suitable options for the business and its customers.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws.
- Keep customers and internal teams informed of any delays and work to resolve issues quickly.
- Use internal systems to track shipments, analyse logistics data, and report on performance.
This company has long-standing and strong relationships with many suppliers, freight forwarders, and couriers, and they are fully trained and operational on all customs and Windsor Framework issues. Help will be provided learning this sector's terminologies, but you need to have some form of Logistics / Transport - Import/Export knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in international logistics, with exposure to both imports and exports.
- Proven experience working with freight forwarders, couriers, warehouses, and transport providers (sea, air, and road).
- Familiarity with customs clearance and Windsor Framework regulations (training available if needed, they are already fully compliant with all Windsor Framework requirements).
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to analyse data, spot trends and make informed decisions.

- £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience (Call if earning more)
