Turner Lovell is working with a leading service provider in critical civil engineering projects for the Power utility sectors across the UK. You will take the lead on managing sites and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered cost-efficiently and on time, all while upholding the highest health and safety standards and fostering strong client relationships.
They are currently experiencing unprecedented growth, securing significant projects across the entire UK.
- Responsibility for managing sites and contractors in line with client contracts.
- Successful delivery of client contracts, ensuring cost efficiency in delivery through the effective management of labour, plant, and materials, and on-time delivery of reports/projects.
- Leading gangs on site through clear daily communication, giving clear direction, and listening to the ideas and feedback from the team.
- You have led both subcontractors and your teams on utility projects.
- Experienced in OHL, Pylon upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Have excellent communication, people, organisational, and planning skills.
Overtime for weekend (time & a half on Saturday / Double time on Sundays).
Allowance per diem on-site.
Airbnb accommodation provided.
Pick-up truck + fuel card.
