You will take the lead on managing sites and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered cost-efficiently and on time, all while upholding the highest health and safety standards and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing sites and contractors in line with client contracts
- Managing successful day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure a good working environment and to be able to communicate clearly and offer expertise when advising on-site.
- Successful delivery of client contracts, ensuring cost efficiency in delivery, through the effective management of labor, plant, and materials, and on-time delivery of reports/projects.
- Ensuring on-site adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring toolbox talks are delivered and all H&S paperwork is completed weekly, RAMs are up to date, communicated and signed, and ensuring full compliance in all on-site audits.
- Leading gangs on site through clear daily communication, giving clear direction, and listening to the ideas and feedback from the team.
Ideal Profile:
- You’ve led both subcontractors and your teams on utility projects.
- Experienced in OHL, Pylon upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Skilled at working with clients
- Have excellent communication, people, organisational, and planning skills
