CWG are currently partnered with a boutique Wealth Management firm who are looking to add an experienced Investment Advisor to their existing setup.
The Role:
- Liaise with investment teams across custodian banks to gather, consolidate, and report on their market views.
- Develop and articulate the firm’s investment thesis based on these insights.
- Support investment discussions with both existing and prospective clients.
- Adjust client portfolios as needed to ensure alignment with the firm’s investment strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.

- A boutique wealth management firm focused exclusively on ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with $100M+ in assets.
- Operates with a small, close-knit team based in London’s West End.
- Fully privately owned and independent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in investments or private banking.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or CFP.
- Proven experience working with UHNW clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of global markets and multi-asset class investing, including alternatives.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Familiarity with UK regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
