Peaple Talent have partnered with a key client who are looking for an immediately available Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to work for a retail client delivering multi-faceted CX implementation.
Specifically, we are looking for you to have proven experience working on SaaS with the likes of Zendesk, CX-One, Calabrio to name a few. You will be implementing into a large scale environment following a waterfall delivery model where change management is a crucial part of the role.
Leading a programme stream, you will be co-ordinating a small team of project managers all contributing to the wider program of work on CX. They offer remote working on what will initially be a 3-month contract, this is an urgent requirement looking for someone to start immediately.
