G&E Group are a rapidly growing Executive Search Recruitment business, operating in the Life Sciences and Construction markets, that have expanded from less than 6 people (8 years ago) to now over 100 employees across our 6 brands. Across our business we aren’t slowing down, and going through a huge period of growth, and we’re looking to continue expanding our offices globally from London to Dubai.
This is an entry-level position for graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience. No previous recruitment experience is required.
You’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on the US market.
- Candidate Sourcing: headhunting for Executives and specialists within your market, taking screening calls with candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes organising interviews & providing feedback from them, in addition to supporting both candidate and client through offer negotiation.
- Business Development: utilising methods and tools to attract new clients and business, developing current clients and building out market presence.
Recruitment isn’t a typical 9-5 and you can expect to work the occasional hours outside the scheduled hours - however the more you put in, the greater the reward.
