We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Application Support Analyst to join our clients internal Systems Department, supporting core business applications and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line user support for issues related to the ERP system (IFS).
  • Respond to user queries promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of service.
  • Troubleshoot application issues using documentation and support resources.
  • Manage software user accounts and system access in coordination with team members.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades and support process validation.
  • Monitor and manage incident tickets, including liaising with external partners where needed.
  • Assist with user onboarding and training; create and maintain user guides and documentation.
  • Promote best practices across the business systems environment.
  • Participate in cross-functional process reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or IT leadership as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A-levels or equivalent qualifications are required.
  • Previous experience in ERP or systems support (especially IFS) is highly desirable.
