A reputable regional housebuilder is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Cost planning, control, and general commercial input throughout the development process, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Understanding, implementing, and adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy and strategy.
  • Increasing Trade Contractor Base:
  • Identifying new Trade Contractor partners.
  • Improving relationships and resolving issues with existing Trade Contractors.
  • 'All-Risk' Procurement:
    • Tendering for ‘all-risk’ Road, Sewers and Plot works.
    • Compiling and presenting site start budgets to the Chief QS.
    • Attending regular site visits and collaborating with construction teams to ensure seamless build programme(s) are adhered to.
