Cleaning Operative

Solo Service Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at BMet Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, and communal areas.
3. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
4. Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap).
5. Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
6. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
2. Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
4. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
