A leading global law firm is seeking a Bid Manager to join their dynamic and high-performing team. The role involves leading high-stakes proposals, panel appointments, and client onboarding for major domestic and international organizations. The Bid Manager will guide tender strategies, analyze past performance, and refine bid materials to drive the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on all aspects of the proposal process
  • Provide creative input on propositions
  • Project manage proposals from start to finish
  • Advise on key commercial decisions regarding pricing strategy
  • Manage and develop pitch statistics and databases
  • Write compelling and fresh copy for proposals
  • Liaise with international BD and Practice Group colleagues
  • Deliver firm-wide training on pitch best practices
  • Develop and deliver pitch and presentation training
  • Support significant client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent; further business qualifications (MBA, APMP, CIM) a plus
  • Proven ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and developing winning proposals
  • Excellent business and proposal writing skills
