Who we are looking for
A Development Support Team Leader, who will be at the forefront of our support initiatives, playing a pivotal role in guiding and leading our development support professionals. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless operation of our development and production environments. This role is instrumental in providing timely and effective support, resolving critical incidents, and ensuring our various development pipelines are running as smoothly as possible. You will be a highly motivated and skilled professional who is eager to advance in their career. You will excel in fostering teamwork and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

- Proven experience in a development or technical support role.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience liaising with infrastructure and operational teams.
- Commercial experience with people management.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating infrastructure systems and operations, including server patching and hardware fault resolution.
- Monitoring server health, alarm statuses and system capacity.
- Performing trend analysis for system performance.
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly server and infrastructure checks.
- Working with other teams, maintaining playbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Organising firewall changes and connectivity issues, whilst troubleshooting server-related incidents and problems.
- Resolving P1 and P2 critical incidents.
- Supporting release management, including building and deploying application releases.
- Communicating change control activities, as well as conducting post-live system checks.
- Coaching and developing team members to ensure progression plans are agreed upon and completed.
