You will provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of an excellent service to the organisation.
Working closely with the People Shared Services Lead, you will ensure the team provide generalist HR, recruitment and learning and development transactional services to the group, across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the People Shared Services Lead to improve our internal processes using the new web-based HR system, bringing ideas and developing system-driven processes to life, in turn improving the user experience for both JRF and JRHT colleagues and managers.
About you

We would like you to have solid HR administration experience in a busy environment with a good understanding of employment legislation and HRIS software packages. With experience leading and coaching teams in busy dynamic environments, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels across the organisation and to maintain relationships with external system providers. With good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Forms and Outlook, you will have good data reporting skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail. You will be an organised individual, able to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines with the ability to use initiative, be proactive and a willingness to undertake training.
