Our client is a leader in cutting edge technology. There is now an exciting requirement for a skilled IT Engineer to join their fast-paced, high-tech team. You’ll support the global workforce by providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, managing Windows and Linux systems, handling networking issues, and contributing to key IT projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing IT support via phone and remote tools
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Server 2016+, and networking issues
- Supporting hardware deployment and patch management
- Assisting with Linux systems and internal projects
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years' IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Server, networking, Microsoft 365
