About the Role:
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Punch Press Machinist to join a well-established company based in Banbury. Specialising in precision manufacturing for the catering and ventilation equipment industry, this role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of metal products for the catering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set Punch press machinery
- Manufacture products including for catering and ventilation
- Quality checking own parts
- Use of hand and power tools
- Working from engineering drawings
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with metal in a fabrication or machining environment
- Ability to set and operate Punch press machines (preferred)
- Familiarity with Amada controls is ideal, but candidates with experience using Trumpf or other control systems will be considered
- A team-oriented attitude with a proactive work ethic
