Design Producer - Apps (London)

We're seeking an experienced Design Producer to lead design projects for first-party apps for a global tech company. You'll manage complex workflows, collaborate with talented designers, and ensure exceptional user experiences across visual, audio, and haptic interactions.

This is an initial 12 month contract with an asap start date. This will be office based 3 days per week and 2 wfh so candidates must be able to travel into central London.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and prioritisation.

• Coordinate design workflows with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

• Identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and document plans.

• Lead cross-team collaborations and high-impact projects across multiple apps.

• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and manage risks.

• Ensure timely design hand offs and quality during implementation.

• Continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years as a Producer in creative or design settings.

• Experience with UI/Product design, global projects, and localisation.

• Strong communication and cross-time-zone collaboration skills.

• Passion for design and user experience.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.
