About the Role:
You will oversee data within the Association’s marketing operations infrastructure, optimising processes, analysing data, and ensuring efficient campaign execution. You will work with marketing teams to improve activities and deliver impactful results by using data-driven insights and aligning with our goals. Responsibilities include working with IT and Digital Product management to improve the marketing tech stack, CRM and lead management, data compliance, goal tracking, and driving collaboration to improve marketing performance across email channels. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing Operations.
You Will:
- Collaborate with Experience teams to develop marketing campaigns that achieve our marketing strategy and proper tracking of campaign performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain data quality standards across the marketing organisation.
- Lead a team of 3 marketing operations specialists, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
- Work with IT and Digital Product Management to oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and other relevant software, ensuring integration and functionality.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and produce relevant insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement improvements to marketing operations workflows, including lead management, campaign execution, and data collection processes to enhance efficiency.
- QA of all automated journeys to ensure their accuracy is maintained over time.
- Develop and ensure maintenance of high-quality documentation.
- Establish goals for marketing activities and monitor progress to identify areas for improvement.
- Use a hybrid work schedule.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 7+ years of experience with go-to-market operations strategy and business analytics.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing vendors or team management.
- Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Blaze).
- Experience working with SQL.
