A leading provider of healthcare services is seeking an experienced interim Commercial Consultant to drive revenue growth, develop strategic relationships, and strengthen public sector engagement. This is an important role focused on building high-value networks with external stakeholders to expand market reach during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead relationship-driven sales efforts, engaging with case managers, legal professionals, and commissioners to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor the existing sales team, embedding a structured, KPI-driven approach to drive performance and accountability.
  • Develop and execute a targeted commercial strategy, aligning with the organisation’s broader growth ambitions.
  • Expand the organisation’s public sector footprint, securing and negotiating contracts with NHS bodies and local authorities.
  • Provide senior-level strategic advice to the leadership team on commercial positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role within healthcare, social care, or complex care services.
