We’re an ambitious fashion start-up in London, blending style with smart retail technology and we're now looking for an experienced RFID Specialist to join us on a rolling contract. This is a key role supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of RFID systems across our store operations.

What You’ll Do:- Lead and support the implementation of RFID solutions across our retail footprint.
- Configure and troubleshoot RFID hardware and software (readers, tags, handheld scanners).
- Collaborate with store teams and IT support to ensure smooth operation and adoption.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure RFID systems are well-integrated with POS and inventory platforms.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for tracking, loss prevention, and stock management.
- Proven experience working with RFID systems in a retail or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of RFID hardware, tag encoding, and associated infrastructure.
- Familiarity with store operations, inventory workflows, and retail tech stacks (POS, WMS, etc.).
- Comfortable translating technical capabilities into practical in-store benefits.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
