Allen Speech and Language (ASL) is an independent multi-disciplinary practice offering services to the pediatric populations with communication difficulties. ASL provides commissioned services to educational settings across London. We pride ourselves on delivering evidence-based services to achieve lasting positive changes for our clients.
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Croydon area of London, United Kingdom, for a Speech & Language Therapist and Team Lead.
The Speech & Language Therapist and Team Lead will support mainstream Primary and Secondary Schools with their EHCP provisions including:
- Interventions
- Training staff
- Supporting parents
- Assessments
- Attendance at annual reviews
The role also involves supporting the Contract Manager and leading the Croydon team, including:
- Supervising junior colleagues
- Supporting in the induction processes
- Inclusion in improvements in service pathways
- Team development
