We are looking for a talented Innovation Engineer to join our lean, dynamic team and contribute directly to our exciting internal projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and contribute to the design and optimisation of proprietary hardware concepts for high-performance applications in CleanTech and Aeronautics.
  • Conduct advanced numerical simulations (CFD, FEA, Multiphysics) to validate and refine our designs.
  • Develop and implement innovative simulation methodologies for complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to transform cutting-edge ideas into tangible, high-performance IP.
  • Generate detailed technical reports and compelling visualisations of simulation results to support IP development and future partnership discussions.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Theoretical and practical understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and heat transfer principles.
  • Knowledge in CAD software for complex part and assembly design.
  • A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a drive to contribute to sustainable technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
