Our client is a boutique agency that specialise in placing professionals into the NHS, Local Government, Central Government and NFP. They cover Healthcare, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT & Digital on a permanent and interim basis.

Founded in 2015, this business is led by Seniors with 15+ years recruitment experience and have been with this company from the start.

  • Join an extremely warm and fast paced desk, working directly with a Senior who is an expert in the field.
  • Maintain strong relationships in the market and keep up to date with industry news.
  • Work to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Flexible and hybrid working.
  • Dedicated leadership and training coach and clear progression targets.
  • Annual company wide trips - last year was Dubai!
  • 18 months-3 years prior public sector recruitment experience (NFP/Charity ideal but not essential).
