Birghtside personal training was founded over 15 years ago with a view of offering personal training that had a personal touch, in private unintimidating settings to enable our clients to achieve their goals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Since our inception we have grown to a team of over 10 across 3 studios, and developed an excellent reputation as one of the South coast leading training providers. This has resulted in long term repeat customers, and a wide ranging client base covering professional athletes, busy professionals, busy parents through to the retired. We are able to offer bespoke training programmes across our client base alongside nutritional programmes to enable your clients to reach their full potential.
Since our founding, we have supported a number of personal trainers in their careers, taking a number of trainers from an initial part time starting point through to studio managers and full time trainers. Due to our ongoing success, and a new NHS project, we are now looking to employ a personal trainer to join our established team. We are in a unique place to be able to offer an immediate base of 10 personal training hours per week, with the potential to expand quickly if you’re looking to expand your career. You will be self-employed on an hourly rate basis, with a very generous bonus available and no rent charged!
We have a close knit, family culture where we look after our clients as a team, so there is no competition amongst trainers. You will be provided with regular feedback and mentoring from the studio manager, who will have 1st hand experience of your career path and will be in a unique place to offer training and guidance to enable you to offer the best service possible to your clients.
Who we are looking for:
- Someone with a Personal Trainer Level 3 REPs or CIMSPA recognised qualification.
- Enthusiastic and personable, you will be genuinely passionate about health and fitness.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- You must be available for some evening work.
- Happy to attend a monthly team meeting where possible.
If you’re in an organisation that seems too corporate, has a lack of care for clients, or lacks a real team culture – you could do far worse than coming to meet us and see what we could offer you!
