Role Description:
- OSM, UIM and ASAP:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant experience (OSM or UIM or ASAP)
- Hands-on experience in understanding the requirements and business processes of telecom
- Ensure all designs and development are according to UIM, OSM, ASAP, and development best practices
- Ability to provide estimation for the change required, business or system transformation and migration experience
- Knowledge of Siebel order management, customer management, service management, COM and SOM
- Preparing training material and conducting user training for client stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure that project objectives are met
- Exposure to test execution, including Siebel unit testing, SIT and PAT
