  • OSM, UIM and ASAP:
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant experience (OSM or UIM or ASAP)
  • Hands-on experience in understanding the requirements and business processes of telecom
  • Ensure all designs and development are according to UIM, OSM, ASAP, and development best practices
  • Provide estimation for the change required, business or system transformation and migration experience
  • Knowledge of Siebel order management, customer management, service management, COM and SOM
  • Prepare training material and conduct user training for client stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure that project objectives are met
  • Exposure to test execution, like Siebel unit testing, SIT and PAT
