A prominent North American IT solutions provider, collaborating with top-tier investment banks and communication companies, is in search of a Lead Mobile SDET to join their iOS team. This role is pivotal as they expand their testing department this year. The company, a leading communications compliance provider, is actively developing innovative solutions for clients in email, social media, and voice messaging.
As the Lead Mobile SDET, you will be leading a talented team of iOS SDETs using Swift, XCUITest, TCP, REST, Appium and driving left-shift testing principles. You will be 70% hands on with testing activities and 30% hands off managing a team of 3-5 accomplished iOS SDETs.
You’ll be:
- Writing clean, testable iOS code (and automated unit + integration tests)
- Leading a pod of up to 5 Engineers and managing your direct reports
- Building customer-facing native mobile applications
- Advocating strong testing and automation strategies within your team
- Collaborating with key stakeholders
