My client is an insurance firm looking to bring a senior Company Secretarial candidate to manage the function, which will have 4 direct reports. The role will report to the CFO and be responsible for managing the team as well as ensuring the department supports the business appropriately.
The business is highly innovative, and this role will help ensure they have a governance department and framework to best support them. It would be their preference for someone to come from an insurance background if possible, but wider financial services will be considered.
The company has a fantastic reputation in the market and a wonderful culture. They offer a lot of flexibility, with 2 days a week being required in their London office.
They want to move quickly, so please contact me ASAP to discuss or submit your CV for consideration. Sponsorship cannot be provided, so you must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered, as well as already operating at Group Company Secretary level for a similarly regulated business.
