A consultancy client of mine are seeking a Business Central Lead Consultant with proven experience leading multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be lead the end to end lifecycle and delivery of D365 Business Central projects including the management of budget and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to deployment.
• Drive solution design, system architecture, and functional delivery, aligning with business requirements.
• Manage and distribute project tasks across teams, while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

Key Skills Required:

• Analytical and decisive mindset with a track record of resolving complex challenges effectively.
• Quick learner, adept at embracing new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Proficient in strategic project planning, financial oversight, and resource optimization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem partners, with a preference for consultancy experience.
• In-depth expertise in ERP solutions, specializing in manufacturing and distribution workflows.
