Your key responsibilities:
- Have a broad understanding of all Citrix technologies.
- Interpret business requirements and produce technical solution documentation.
- Champion Citrix DaaS and Citrix Cloud Services.
- Interact with other teams and departments on Citrix technologies.
- Ensure quality and reliability of the delivered solutions and adherence to best practices and standards, in compliance with DB internal policies.
- Constantly collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams supporting them to maintain and operate the environment.
- Ensuring adherence to the SDLC processes and other company prescribed engineering and release management practices.
- Apply AGILE methodologies to engineering deliverables.
- Maintain/create documentation for Citrix services and tools.
