Our client is looking for an experienced and adaptable HR Advisor for their HR department. Supporting the Head of HR, you will be instrumental in helping to form and shape the workforce across multiple teams in the organisation. You will extend your support to business managers and leaders to advise and coach to upskill the wider team and ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to site-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to support and implement initiatives that enhance service delivery
  • Contribute to key areas of development based on your interests and strengths
  • Be instrumental in Workforce planning
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment
  • Champion and inform staff on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
  • Focus on and assist in projects related to staff wellbeing and engagement
  • Provide apprenticeship support
  • Continuous contribution to systems and process improvement

Personal Specification:

  • Experience in an HR Advisory role, public sector experience would be a benefit but not a requirement
  • Confident and personable, with a track record of supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
