The firm serves the entire healthcare sector, from healthcare systems and life sciences to health tech and sector suppliers. They provide end-to-end services, spanning strategy, finance, performance, organisational improvement, data and digital.
Our client is looking to hire a Healthcare Manager that has a strong background delivering operational change programmes within the NHS. In this strategic role, your insights and leadership will be crucial in crafting solutions to complex problems, delivering sustainable improvements, and advancing population health outcomes.
Position overview & required background:
- 5+ years of Management Consulting experience, can be blended with some NHS work.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector is essential.
- Experience within operational restructuring, design and execution of major strategic transformations, development of healthcare business models, performance and financial improvement; workforce development; and digital and data programmes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage complex data sets for informed decision-making.
- Strong business development acumen, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to organisational growth.
- Manage and lead problem solving for entire engagement, breaking down into manageable workstreams as appropriate to team members.
