We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join us as we enter the next phase of our journey. What will be included in the role? This is a full-time Marketing & Content Executive role at The Nice Exchange. Your work will focus on campaign coordination, copywriting, content planning, and project management.

You’ll be responsible for tasks like:

  • Writing content for social media, blogs, emails, and reports
  • Managing campaign timelines and feedback loops
  • Overseeing social platform activity and supporting community engagement
  • Supporting internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Handling project admin and liaising with freelancers or suppliers
  • Attending client calls and sharing updates confidently
  • Feeding into strategy, content planning, and analytics

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will:

  • Proudly represent the TNE brand and what we’re about
  • Be comfortable speaking with clients from a range of backgrounds, locations, and industries
  • Know how to listen and adapt, not just talk
  • Understand how small businesses operate and the nuances of working closely with a founder
  • Be keen to do the job well, not just tick tasks off
  • Want to shape something, not slot into a corporate machine

We’re a small team - you’ll be trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow. We get things done without the fluff. And when things get a bit hectic (because they do), we work together to steady the ship.

The technical know-how we’re looking for:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Confident using industry standard design, video and content creation tools and familiar with social media scheduling tools
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
  • Basic understanding of strategy vs plan, and how to support both
  • Experience with time-tracking and project management tools (we use ClickUp)
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in marketing, comms, or digital media
