They work with big names (like Shell) and deliver into high-growth markets. You’ll have active client accounts – not expected to cold call 200 people a day to ‘build a desk’. The clean energy market is exploding and this is a way to step into it without needing recruitment or engineering experience. You’ll be on the phone, but with purpose. 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales – maybe insurance, finance, medical sales or something technical. ~ You’re curious, confident and not afraid to pick up the phone and have a proper conversation. You don’t need to know recruitment.
