They are seeking an experienced, visionary leader to step into maternity leave cover. This pivotal role needs to ensure the continued success and growth of the business during this period.
As Interim Operations & Education Lead, you will oversee the operational management of the business, support key educational projects, and provide leadership to ensure the company continues to deliver its high-quality services to schools.
- Providing operational and educational leadership, ensuring smooth day to day running of the business.
- Oversee and support the delivery of our PE and music resources, maintaining curriculum alignment and quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with our values.
- Collaborate with the co-founders (remotely) to ensure strategic alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
