The predicted salary is between 31000 - 43000 £ per year.

Newly Qualified, West Yorkshire, circa £37,000 DOE. On offer is generous holiday allowance with 31 days including bank holidays, employee assistance programme, life assurance, flexible working and many more!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload and gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, client-focused environment.

OVERVIEW:

  • Manage pre- and post-litigated Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims from inception to settlement
  • Draft legal documents including submissions for OIC and MOJ portals, witness statements, schedules of loss, and correspondence
  • Liaise directly with clients, medical professionals, and third parties
  • Gain experience in commercial litigation, contentious probate, property litigation, and civil litigation disputes
  • Represent clients in court proceedings when required
  • Excellent client care, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills essential
  • Proactive approach to business development and client growth
