This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload and gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, client-focused environment.
OVERVIEW:
- Manage pre- and post-litigated Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims from inception to settlement
- Draft legal documents including submissions for OIC and MOJ portals, witness statements, schedules of loss, and correspondence
- Liaise directly with clients, medical professionals, and third parties
- Gain experience in commercial litigation, contentious probate, property litigation, and civil litigation disputes
- Represent clients in court proceedings when required
- Excellent client care, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills essential
- Proactive approach to business development and client growth
