Location is Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - based full time in the office - easily commutable from Bedford, Stevenage, etc.
So what's the gig?
- Payroll processing including submissions to the payroll bureau, HMRC, pension and benefits providers.
- Calculations for holiday, sickness, pension, salary sacrifice and other adjustments.
- Payroll reporting and reconciliations, gathering data for recharges.
- Support with month and year end finance and accounting activities.
- Analyse HR & Payroll data including headcount, turnover, labour costs, recruitment spend.
