Working closely with hub managers, marketing, and senior leadership, you’ll ensure the business remains agile, competitive, and customer-focused.

Regular international travel will be required to support regional teams, partners, and customers.
We’re seeking a commercially focused, strategic sales leader with a strong track record of international success and team development. Proven experience managing international sales teams and multiple routes to market (e.g. distribution, direct, OEM). Experience with full P&L responsibility and delivering consistent year-on-year sales growth. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a data-led approach to KPIs and performance metrics. Deep knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales, and the ability to scale and optimize global sales structures. Emotional intelligence and the ability to mentor and inspire teams globally.
