Level: Team Leader

Purpose of the role:

The Team Leader will provide supervision and technical guidance as well as overall leadership to a team of Serious Injury Fee Earners. Caseloads are predominantly RTA and range in value from £25k up to £125k. You will provide end to end technical support and coaching.
