Talent Frame are working with a highly reputable Surrey based law firm, as they look to hire a Communications Manager to their team. You'll be based near Guildford on a hybrid basis, with travel to the firm's other offices when needed, across Surrey and London.
The Communications Manager will work as part of a team of 3, to support with raising the profile of the firm, working on a range of media and marketing campaigns, crafting multi-channel content and working closely with partners and heads of departments to implement firm wide comms strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Content development and copywriting including press releases, legal articles, web copy and firm wide announcements
- Producing digital content for use across LinkedIn channels
- Planning and delivering multi-channel communications programmes
- Developing and managing the content calendar
- Managing press office activity and developing relationships with key media
- Working with external agencies on the delivery of PR programmes
- Spotting media opportunities and securing thought leadership and comment ops
- Stakeholder management and working closely with Partners and Heads of Departments
Experience required:
- Previous experience of working in a PR or Communications role within the legal or professional services sector
- Good grasp of the media landscape and experience of media pitching
- Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Experience of working with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
- Impeccable writing skills, confident crafting engaging and compelling content
- Comfortable dealing with C-suite, partners and fee earners
- Creative, flexible, collaborative and detail orientated
