About the Company: We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity sector, known for its innovative technology, high-performing sales culture, and clear career development paths. With global expansion plans and a strong presence in the Nordics, they’re now looking to add a Danish or Swedish-speaking BDR to their London-based team.
Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers across the Danish or Swedish markets. Your role will be to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. You’ll receive best-in-class training, regular coaching, and a structured path towards promotion into an Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the Danish or Swedish markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives to support deal progression
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM and contribute to team goals and targets
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Fluent/native in Danish or Swedish (spoken and written)
- Some prior experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, lead generation, or recruitment role
- Confident communicator with a proactive, energetic approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
