The Role:
As the go-to CRM expert, you\βll manage the platform day-to-day, ensure clean and compliant data, improve segmentation and workflows, and help drive marketing performance. You\βll be a key player in supporting campaigns and providing valuable insights across the business.
What You\βll Do:

Take ownership of the CRM system (HubSpot)

Manage and maintain clean, GDPR-compliant data

Support campaign reporting and performance insights

Optimise workflows and segmentation strategies

Work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams
What You\βll Bring:

Hands-on HubSpot experience β segmentation, workflows, reporting

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Values-driven and comfortable in a standalone role

Open to exec, senior exec or manager level experience
