Chef de Partie

If so our client in Thetford are now looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team. The Chef de Partie will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the kitchen contributing to the preparation and presentation of quality dishes. If you are looking for a good work life balance then this Chef de Partie role is for you.As the Chef de Partie you will be:

• Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent food
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory ensuring proper storage and freshness
• Collaborate with other members of the kitchen to ensure smooth communication during service
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and Health regulations.

As the Chef de Partie you will have:

• Proven experience in a relevant culinary role
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and food safety practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
• Physically fit to stand for long periods in service
