Job Description
- Overseeing all design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Leading a team of designers and architects.
- Developing design concepts that align with project goals and client vision.
- Ensuring design strategies adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Presenting design proposals and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely completion of design aspects.
- Keeping up to date with latest design trends in the property and construction industry.
- Creating and managing project budgets related to design aspects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Design Director should have:
- A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property and construction sector.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of design software and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
What\’s on Offer
- A competitive salary range of £90,000 – £110,000.
- Additional benefits including a car and bonus of £15,000 – £30,000
