We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Architect with a strong technical background and hands-on experience designing decentralized applications using Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). The tasks will be to:
- Design and architect decentralized applications using DLT/blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, R3 Corda, DAML, or Hyperledger Fabric.
- Lead technical solution workshops and collaborate closely with clients to define architecture and design requirements.
- Guide development teams in transforming designs into secure, high-quality engineering solutions.
- Plan and manage the execution of complex engineering projects.
- Continuously improve and elevate engineering standards across teams.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical architecture documentation.
The skills and experience needed for this role:
- Proven expertise in distributed ledger technologies (Blockchain).
- Strong understanding of distributed and scalable systems architecture.
- Experience with Java-based APIs and microservices development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Sound knowledge of security best practices in system design.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and engineering practices.
- Familiarity with financial industry organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and domain experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Payments, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.
